Closed beta testing has begun on highly anticipated MMORPG Tabula Rasa as the title enters the final stages of development.

The PC game is executive producer Garriott's signature creative vision. An epic sci-fi story based on alien worlds, the game hopes to introduce several fresh features to the MMO genre such as a character cloning system, role-playing on the battlefield and a mystical Logos language and powers system.

"This is an exciting time for the Tabula Rasa team. With closed beta testing now in progress, we're excited to hear more what our players think," said Garriott.
