(Backup this file first)
Find the file st_db_attr in the stta/units folder and go to line 26 and change 1 0 0 15 0 0 1 to 1 0 0 200 0 0 1
Extra equipment/weapons
Each level is as folder in the missions directory (e.g. c2m4). In each of these directories is a file called interface.txt. From here you can change what weapons are excluded from a level and how many pieces of equipment (for instance Combat Harness, Health boosters, etc) are available for that mission. Save over the original, start the game and when you play the mission in question you will have the changes you made.
