Focused on getting Diablo 3, World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria and StarCraft 2 Heart of the Swarm out as soon as possible, the event will now skip a year - the first time it has done so since it began back in 2006.

Michael-Sean Morgan Writes: Last week Cyber Gaming teamed up with Memory Express for the fifth instalment of their StarCraft tournament series. This tournament was definitely a step forward for Cyber Gaming, as their event more than tripled in size when compared to their previous tournament. They also managed to attract some Grand Master level players from as far as Seattle and Alberta to attend and compete.

René Koiter (Twincruiser) of the Sons of the Storm, an elite group of Blizzard Entertainment artists, posted a photo of himself disguised as Jim Raynor, the main protagonist of the StarCraft RTS game.

He has made public appearances disguised as Jim Raynor at BlizzCon 2010 and 2011. This time around he posted a photo of his disguise with the StarCraft Logo and the Legendary Pictures Logo.

There's no doubt this was meant as a Halloween joke. However, I remind you the Pandaren race was an April's Fool joke in Warcraft III, and out of the blue the Pandaren is a playable race in the World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria upcoming expansion.

Legendary Pictures is currently holding the rights for the World of Warcraft film adaptation with director Sam Raimi.

Speculation-mode on. Could it be possible this joke could have some hint elements for a StarCraft film adaptation?

Would you love to see StarCraft on the big screen?

2010 was a great year for game freaks. Some of the games that were in huge demand last year are Football Manager 2011, Football Manager 2010, The Sims 3, World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty. As we were discussing the most anticipated games of 2011 , we reached a conclusion that the game developers are playing it safe. No new ideas? creativity? more and more sequels. Seems the developers and publishers are looking to mint money based on the success of there past titles and that no one is ready to come up with something out of the box. We thought Brink and Rage are the only couple of titles without their parents. Anyways, here is the list of games that we thought are worthy to include in this list. Do comment to vote for your favourite upcoming game.

Korea is bonkers for StarCraft. So bonkers that we often quarantine the country's love for the game as something to be avoided and/or ridiculed. Yet little by little, the Korean StarCraft scene is getting its dues overseas.
