A few months ago Blizzard announced their Pay per View offer which allows the viewer to watch everything BlizzCon for a fee. Today they revealed that the tournaments streams will be available through their website free of charge.

Blizzard CEO and President Mike Morhaime evaded a question in the public Q&A during a Activision Blizzard conference call held outside the boundaries of E3 2009. Are there any plans to monetize Battle.net 2.0 service? Mike Morhaime limited to answer: "I'm not ready to talk about that today".
Blizzard has announced that the final block of tickets for BlizzCon 2009 have sold out.

So far Blizzard Entertainment will not be at E3 2009, (they also skipped E3 2008) however Activision-Blizzard will present this year. Its somewhat fluffy what it means. There is still a chance for we will see some World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3 news update at E3.

The 4th annual BlizzCon will be happening on August 21, 2009 and August 22, 2009 at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. If you can make it in person than registere your Battle.net account early for the tickets going on sale on May 16, 2009 and another batch on May 30, 2009. The tickets are $125 each.
