Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided

Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided Hints
Easy Way to get to lvl 90
Start out as an entertainer and play music and dance. Get up to Master Entertainer and go to the respec person outside the Mos Eisley Starport and change profession. I would make sure that that is the first time you've change profession or 100k down the drain.
Anyway change to whatever profession you want and see if you're at lvl 90. I have tried this several times and it only works half the time so be ready for disappointment...
But if it works it is well worth spending half a year trying to get lvl 90

Good Choices for newbies
It's a good idea to star out as an artisan. Players affect the economy directly and artisans can make items to help the economy grow. Remember, the computer NEVER puts Items for sale! Also, a good starting choice would be a medic, the computer doesn't heal your wounds. Next, REMEMBER TO TIP!!! using /tip to tip people is crucial if you want them to heal you more effectively and quicker, medics and entertainers are usually more willing to help some one that has tiped them than some one who hasn't. Think you're almost dead, and you spot a wondering medic, suddenly you're chased by a wild animal, you haven't tipped any one but you call out to the medic for help, you never helped him/her by tipping after they healed you, so they chule and keep walking and you DIE!!! Next, don't blow the cash you start with. tip by 10 or so in the beginning so as to not waste credits that you'll need later on. Lastly READ YOU"RE FR#*%N' MANUALL. I swear, if people read it, you'd ask a lot less qustions!! But if you still need help, click on community tab, and check "newbie helper" leave the other stuff as "any" and click search. Make you bio intresting, you'll have more fun with the game, trust me. Good luck star go-er. Oh, one last thing. . . If you're ever on crollia in the eclipse server, look me up.

Free Way to Fix Your Swoops and Landspeeders (Cars)
To repair your vehicle for free all you have to do is purchase a ticket to another city or planet. before u do this take your vehicle out of your datapad and leave it in the city/planet that you are on. after u do this use your ticket and travel to the city or planet u chose (doesn't matter where you choose). once you get to the city or planet you arrived on and press ctrl+d at the same time and click and hold down on ur vehicle and choose the "store" option. after that click and hold down again and choose generate vehicle and it will be fully repaired and good as new!

Easy XP
First the Kryat Dragan has about 12000-29000 health but gives you 150000 Xp. First of get a group of about five (one medic) and get a lot of grenades and get rocket launchers then go to the Kryat graveyard. Get on top of a hill and go to prone throw all the grenade and then shoot rockets at it keep doing that till it is dead some but not all you can get hides and their bones make good armor. This beast does not use packs and it will follow you till you or it is dead.

Tips for Being an Artisan
My tip is that don't pick the Artisan as a starting profession. Instead pick the entertainer. Once you have built up enough credits buy a resource harvester and a wind power generator. Or any power source you prefer. Then get novice artisan. get your resources together and start crafting. then when you have the xp go to a space port and start yelling for training someone will train you for free.

Master Bounty Hunter
If you log into Test Center-Bria (also known as TestCenter2) and create a new character with MBH at the end of the character's name, you will start out as a Master Bounty Hunter. You will also have 500k credits, quite a few seeker droids, a full set of RIS armor, a light lightning cannon, a scatter pistol, and a quite a few other items (which include hot pants LOL).

Faster and Better (For Your) Quests
You know how when your on a quest and you are holding down the forward or mouse button FOREVER? Well, a good way to help that is to do this: Make sure you are running in the exact direction of the mouse. Put something heavy or a piece of tape over the forward button (it won't work for the mouse). No, I am serious! This way, you can walk away, and even if you paranoid, just watch it. If you get incapacitated by something, he will do no better if you were there, and also, he will get up and start running in the same direction again. Remember, YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR MOUSE IN THE EXACT DIRECTION OF THE ARROW!

Strategy for Scouts
As a scout, you can trap, make camps, run fast, and extract resources. To do all this effectively, get brawler or marksman, and if you're low on health or action, get medic skills. To start, make a bunch of traps, wire mesh if you go melee, lecepine darts if you use anything harming the action bar of an enemy. Take your weapon and get near an enemy, then toss the trap to open the fight up. use your weapon to harm the enemy, then type /peace and throw a second trap, which activates your battle again, also getting you more trapping exp if it's successful.. This should effectively kill your opponent, even if you must do this multiple times. For survival EXP, make your camp and go to a frequently passed area. Go get seriously injured, then throw out the camp, because it seems that you get more exp for the more damage is healed in the camp. get a bunch of people to come by and heal with you, because this effectively increases your exp receiving. However, you can only get so much exp before it maxes out on your current camp, so build a new camp every...20minutes or so. For scout exp, the bigger creatures are, the more resources and exp you get.
