Somehow, the spirit that makes the Star Trek franchise so appealing got lost during the development of Star Trek Legacy. We don't remember a single conflict that crept up in the game being resolved by diplomacy. Didn't the charismatic captains of the Star Trek vessels try everything they could to avoid firing those phasers?
