Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow Cheats
Use notepad or a similar text editor and find the file SplinterCell2User.ini located in the \Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow\offline\system\ folder. Now bind keys to options like the example below, then restart a game and press the indicated key for the cheats:
F1=OPSAT
F2=Invisible

Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow Hints
Hints
Make use of Fisher's moves. Try to use the most stealthy tactics and remember these controls n tips:
-Rolling the middle mouse button up and down changes speed.
-'C' is crouch.
-Del is NVG, and End is Thermal view.
-Shift is jump, and Shift again will let you do a split jump.
-Move slow. Guards will hear you.
-All lights are bad lights. Shoot any you can see.
-Use non-lethal attacks on foes.
-Look out for spytraps. Thermal View turns them up as thin blue lines connected to a large blue blob.
-Lock-picking takes a long time. Make sure you have that time.
-RMB is secondary fire.
-Ctrl opens the Mini-inventory. Handy for, well, alot of things.
-Sticky shockers work best underwater (as long as you ain't planning to swim there.)
-Human shields are handy. They are also a great way of moving guards *before* you kill them.
-Unfortunately, they can have them too.
-On outside levels, look out for birds. A sudden flight grabs guards' attention.
- Thermal vision can be used to detect guards. They will appear as flickery blue human-shaped blobs.

When you climb out from traveling under the train, you end up in a small control room which has a flashing panel of lights that says to unlock the side doors when you get close to it. Activate it but do not go back to the previous room and use the side doors to try and travel around the train to the next car. The only way is to turn the lights off and quickly go to the set of seats behind the nearest civilian. Wait until he gets up to go turn the lights back on, then quickly and quietly weave in and out of the lights, staying in the shadows until you get to the next car. If you alert anyone, you blew it. Once in the next car, wait until lambert stops talking, then wait until you hear a train employee talking to a passenger, once they stop talking wait 5 seconds and proceed slowly to the next car. The first door on the right contains a passenger and the only way to get past and not alert anyone is to get your back against the wall and do the SWAT move across the doorway. This move comes in handy quite a bit so don't forget its there. The man you're looking for is two doors down from the one you just passed.

Helpful Hint
When you find the biological substance in the underground, Lambert tells you that the girl gone bad is a very good shot and must be eliminated. This proves to be true. Once you exit the elevator run immediately to the left wall until you run into a part of the wall that juts out, safely protecting you from the two snipers. If you peek out of this wall just enough to get a shot, the snipers wont notice you at all and wont shoot. Take them out while taking your time. Don't run into the middle of the yard once you kill them both, though. There is still is one more sniper to the far left of where the first two originally were. Use the same corner method of barely peeking out to take this one down too. He gave me a lot of trouble.

Paris - Nice level
When you get to the area where the conductor is talking about some earplugs wait for him to go to the toilet, use the swat tactic to get past the door, and use the optic cable and thermal vision to search in all the cabins. Soth is the guy with a right leg that's not warm.
Also: on the same level, when you get to the end and they say "its you or them" run forward up the ladder and onto the roof. when you get there roll the whole way to the end of the train and jump onto the rope. tada!

Easy Knockouts
1) Shoot a sticky camera at a guards head when out of ammo.
2) Throw a glass bottle at their head.
3) Hit them twice before they can pull out their gun.
4) Hit them on the back of the head with your fist.
5) Sticky shockers and other special weapons.

Human shield
If you haven't already figured it out you can grab guards and use them as a human shield this will also hold your gun out so you can shoot at enemies

Hint For Area With Three Guards (2nd Level)
On the first level after the wall, and after you climb up the ladders and listen to Sedono, AND make your way through the building, you will get to a room that has stairs going down two levels. Go down the stairs and there will be a guy going in circles around the room. Wait for him to come back and grab him. then drag him far away to hide him. So now that he's out of the way, slowly shoot out the lights( and drive the guards crazy). Then go behind the guard by the big doors that you can't go through, and just knock him out right there. Then slowly go behind the other guy and knock him out. Then go behind the place were they were looking at the map and you should find a hall don't shoot out the lights. Go through the double doors. And all I can say is STAY in the Light.

Hint For Getting Sadono
At the very end of the T.V. station mission, you will enter a room with about five or so guards, and Sadono himself, being prepaired to be filmed. Do NOT move onto the ground; instead start sniping out the guards by using your scope. After all of them, ALL of them, are dead, Sadono will wander around; don't shoot him. Simply wait for him to stop, then sneak onto the floor and grab him from behind. If you find there is even one guard left, there might be some trouble. I had to do this part, alone, about thirty times before I got it right; take your time

Multiplayer Hostage Situation Hint
This is a key scenario that will befall a Mercenarie online at least once. Your partner watches your back as you go into a dark room. Suddenly you hear a brief rustling followed by a grunt. Your partner is now being held hostage by a spy. You now have 3 options!
1.Negotiate- This will never happen because a spy grabbed your friend with the goal of snapping his neck.
2.Hold fire- Well now you can watch the spy commit to his goal without a muzzle flash in your way.
3.Open fire- I do not suggest using a grenade other wise your partner will take all the shrapnel. Aim for the spies head once your partner is dead (most likely outcome) aim for the torso of the spy.
