Secret Track Race Thing
When you have returned to base after a mission, get in a Jeep or a Landrover and go out of the front gate. Go left up the hill, and follow it for a while. Eventually you will see a small hut near a ramp. There is a huge track there with lots of ramps and jumps; it's great!
