We've rustled up a trailer and some new screens for Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War, the once-doomed, now looming strategy game that enables you to jump right into a conflict as the hero leader of your armies.

The trailer gives some idea of the scale of the battles you'll get involved with, alongside hammer-wielding warrior lords and armoured elephants.

Thanks to its mix of Dynasty Warriors-style frontline action and a tactical passion synonymous with the Total War series, Rise & Fall will be a welcome, fresh face in strategy gaming when it drops on to PCs this June.
