Their diet is unnatural, and those who consume it are shunned by society. If discovered, they're driven out by mobs waving pitchforks. Yes, Monster Munch and Iron Bru-scoffing games journalists are a hideous breed, and should be slaughtered in their sleep.Vampires though, just as horrible and eighteen times as sexy, get their own videogames. Vampire: The Bloodline Masquerades differs from your average nibble-'em-up. Yes, there's superhuman powers of the undead and blood-drinking, as seen in ...

After nearly five years in development, Vanguard has created much buzz in MMO circles. Originally billed as the game that hardcore World of Warcraft players would want to leap into after getting tired of grinding Blizzards end game, and later toned down (if not the game, then at the very least its marketing) to appeal to a wider audience, Vanguards lengthy development has clearly had its share of ups and downs. Aug 21, 2007 Much sunken treasure has been salvaged by Venice Deluxe, from arcade relics such as Breakout, to Tetris, pinball and even penny drop machines. The bad news: a truly hideous ambush of glitches and game crimes await. Let's focus on the ...

Sept 17, 2007 What a fascinating game. And what a mess. Its such a shame, as Vigils unique black and white appearance and twisted design could have created something splendid. As it is, its a greater test of patience than skill. Little is explained as you start, letting you try to fathom the meaning of the game for yourself. You play one of four ancient creatures, the other three being dead. Exploring, you learn how they died as you pursue your sworn enemy, Evil. Each of the four is ...

Nov 20, 2007 Viva Pinata stole our hearts with cute candy-filled pinata-on-pinata love-making when it debuted on the 360. Unfortunately, the PC version loses some of the original version's charm due to its late release and crash-prone nature. But if you're willing to put up with the occasional unexpected trip back to your desktop and Microsoft's usual shenanigans - that try to tempt you into buying into their Games for Windows plan with a one month pass - Viva Pinata is still worth checking ...
