Simply by making a one-time donation at theHumble Bundle website, one can gain complete, DRM-free ownership of five full indie games for play on Mac, Windows or Linux systems. Better still, consumers can determine how their donation is divvied up amongst theElectronic Frontier Foundation, theChild's Play charity, individual developers or Humble Bundle organizers.
According to the website, this year's package would normally cost around $85 to purchase at full price. It's a pity then that the average donation remains around the $10 mark. But that's far more than they earn from all the folks who do their shopping with a torrent downloader.
