If you don't yet have the awesome piece of multi-player class-based action that is Valve's Team Fortress 2, now is your perfect time to get in on the action; the game has been discounted to a mere £2.49 on Steam, meaning you can buy and enjoy the game immediately for less cash than a meal at McDonald's.
The good ol' folks at Valve have wrapped up work on Left 4 Dead 2, which means that the TF2 team are back in action, and today they're blogging about some of the models seen in their Meet the Sniper video. You can see pictures of all of these models (or "assets") at the blog here.
Valve has released a sizable update for Team Fortress 2, adding a list of fixes, tweaks and improvements to the game. Highlights include the addition of the "+quickswitch" command and getting bonus points for healing a teammate with a dropped sandvich.
Team Fortress 2 fan and Icrontic member Quady the Turnip decided to actually manufacture the "SIGNED BY SAXTON HALE" rubber stamp that was used on TF2 Blog recently.
A day or two ago, fake TF2 update fliers circulated various Team Fortress 2 forums including the official Steam Forums, and Facepunch Studios. Nothing too out of the ordinary, aside from the fact that this update includes a weaponized dog. Forum goers as usual brushed it off as another fake, and for good reason.
As if Valve wasn't tightly connected to their community before, the new blog update adds official 'Super Manly' avatars for everyone after the avatar spread throughout Team Fortress 2 forums.
Valve has released a sizable update for their well maintained FPS Team Fortress 2. Changes include Backpack improvement (support for 100 slots), lots of sandvich adjustments and tons of other fixes.
