John Carmack of iD Software reveals that RAGE's framerate suffers considerably on the PlayStation 3.
The Xbox 360 and PC versions of id's Rage sport higher framerates than the PlayStation 3 version, the latest issue of Edge magazine reveals.
John Carmack has revealed some new bits of info in the latest edition of Game Informer, including confirming that the game was indeed cut back due to the limitations of DVD (Something that was previously denied), and also talking about the technical hurdles of developing for each platform.
A website for id's upcoming shooter, RAGE, has opened up, giving gamers a chance to explore a small environment. In all honesty, there's not much there yet, just a few objects to zoom in on and look at.

VG247: EA has confirmed to VG247 that it will still publish id Software's Rage, despite the developer announcing a sale to Zenimax today.

"We will be probably looking at this for next year at least right, not this year?" it was obvious that Todd replied with "No, won't be out this year." while he shook his head.
