The crazy modding scene for Race driver: GRID works on several projects like high quality settings or realistic graphics. PCGHx checked some of the mods and show the graphics you get.
Shacknews is reporting that Codemasters has released a second Race Driver: GRID demo, sponsored by eBay Motors. The 690mb download features the eBay Motors Muscle Series and two tracks.
Codemasters has said it is busy working on a patch to stop stuttering issues in the Xbox 360 version of Race Driver: GRID. Developer boss Gavin Raeburn waded into the official forum to confirm as much, and offered a temporary solution for those of you affected.

Codemasters has released a new video for GRID (Race Driver: GRID in the UK) that shows off a mode reminiscent of the rewind mode in Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.
The feature, dubbed 'Flashback,' allows players to inspect the detail of any crash using a rotating camera and go through the carnage frame-by-frame.

VG247: Codemasters confirmed this morning that the DS version of Race Driver GRID has been pushed into June, but that the release of the PC, PS3 and 360 versions is unaffected.
In a post on the official Codemasters forum, GRID's Executive Producer has confirmed that the game has "Gone gold" and entered the manufacturing phase.
Grid, the amazing next-gen racer, is boasting 12-player events with full car damage online, Codemasters has revealed. New multiplayer shots have also been released.
