VG247: Capcom's confirmed to VG247 that Dark Void will be a simultaneous ship for both PC and console.
Gaming Union writes: "Dark Void is a brand new IP from Airtight Games, the developers of the popular Crimson Skies for the original Xbox. Dark Void is a third-person shooter, a radical departure from the titles Airtight Games is used to working on. Gaming Union caught up with Jose Perez III, the Creative Director of Airtight Games to find out what the developer is planning to implement in Dark Void in terms of replayability."
Joystiq writes: "There's not much we can say about our latest hands-on session with Dark Void that we haven't said five times before. The jetpackery? Still breathtaking. The vertical cover system? Still brilliant. The visual presentation -- well, you get the picture. Needless to say, Capcom hasn't taken any of the previously seen awesome stuff out of the build we just played -- but they've added more than a few subtle differences that caught our eye and quickened our pulses."
Kotaku: "Airtight Games still has time to wrestle with an apparently common problem: gamers not using all of their abilities in a game.
Joystiq recently played Dark Void again at CES in Capcom's suite at Planet Hollywood. They're not going to bore you with the details, as they'd probably be the same glowing ones they dropped on you during last year's E3. Graphics look even better, jetpacking around is still ridiculously enjoyable, etc.
There's no multiplayer mode planned for Capcom's Dark Void, director of design Kraig Kujawa has confirmed.
"We explored it, but there are so many huge features in this game, we really wanted to focus on making the most kick-ass, single-player features possible," Kujawa told Joystiq.

Judging from some new screenshots and the fact sheet, the sci-fi shooter Dark Void is actually looking pretty cool.
