This new shot from Medieval II: Total War expansion, Kingdoms, defines the meaning of lush. Just look at those palms, thick grasses, distant tree-covered mountains and bright, primary colored shields carried by the patrol of Aztec warriors. Or are they Incas? No, maybe Mayans...

Whatever part of the Americas they hail from, these guys are going to be your foes in the RTS add-on, should you choose to impose your mail-fisted might on the New World's unconquered territory. But you could also be battling through Britannia, crushing your religious enemies in the Crusades or have a tussle across the Teutonics.
