PC News | Medal of Honor Airborne
It's a big 'if.' But, 'if' Medal of Honor: Airborne manages to live up to this trailer, and 'if' the parachuting sections aren't just on-rails gimmickry, and 'if' EA can finally forge the MoH series back into the brilliant Nazi-busting WWII romp we fondly remember, the answer would be yes - Medal of Honor is good again. After a spewing of installments that have been all but humiliated by Call of Duty and Brothers In Arms' superior soldiering, Airborne gives us a reason to turn back to the ... » Read More

PC News | Medal of Honor Airborne
EA's Medal of Honor: Airborne has suffered a few delays but eyes are now turning to late August 2007 for its release. E-tailer GameStop is saying the WWII first-person shooter will release in North America on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on August 28. EA's Medal of Honor series has been trumped by Call of Duty of course, but Airborne could be the game that finds it reclaiming its throne. Much is being made of the sandbox-style gameplay in the title, a key feature the ability to parachute into the ... » Read More

PC News | Medal of Honor Airborne
We have to say that on a visual level, these are probably the best screenshots we've seen from EA's Medal of Honor: Airborne to date. Press your face up to your monitor screen and see what you think. EA's WWII FPS series has been trumped by Call of Duty, but Airborne could just be the game that sees Medal of Honor reclaim its throne. A big deal is being made about the freeform nature of the gameplay, players as members of 82nd Airborne Division able to determine their own starting point in ... » Read More

PC News | Medal of Honor Airborne
Wednesday 8 November 2006 Explosions that rumble like the bowels of the devil himself, blasts that catapult Nazi rag dolls in Fosbury Flops, tracer, searchlights, burning Dakotas and screaming Yanks. If you're looking for fiddly, pedantic foot soldiering in your trailers, go somewhere else. This is Medal of Honor: Airborne, and it's big, dumb and very, very noisy. But this footage shows more than just the carnage, chaos and cinematics of the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC WWII shooter. As part of this ... » Read More

A selection of Medal of Honor: Airborne shots have dropped into our laps and give us a further glimpse at some of the night jumps that will appear in the upcoming World War II first-person shooter. The action in Medal of Honor: Airborne follows the story of a super-soldier who somehow manages to show up in every major airborne assault that took place during WWII. The soldier in question is Private Boyd Travers, who - according to game producer Patrick Gilmore - would rather "crash and burn ... » Read More

PC News | Medal of Honor Airborne
If Medal of Honor: Airborne - the latest in EA's WWII shooter series - is going to threaten Call of Duty's stranglehold on war-torn action, it has to be something special. The last few MoH games have been disappointing, but this fresh footage has convinced us that the magic is back, and with a vengeance. As one of the US Army's paratroopers - the Airborne division of the title - you'll be starting every mission from the air. Hopefully, the rest of the Medal of Honor formula will get the same ... » Read More

PC News | Medal of Honor Airborne
The Medal of Honor series will return this winter - EA has announced Medal of Honor: Airborne for current and next-gen machines. That's PC, PS2, PS3, Xbox and Xbox 360 in case you were wondering. Winging players into the conflict as new character Private Boyd Travers, Medal of Honor: Airborne is set to give the weary series a jolt, with each mission kicking off with a parachute drop into enemy territory. While it's hardly a dramatic departure from the old Medal of Honor formula - fight your ... » Read More
