This is the most bizarre sexploitation game mash-up since BMX XXX. Thankfully, Hot Dog King is far less exploitative and grotesque. Sadly, it's not much better. It's a cross between your average management game and Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball. Yes, you have to buy equipment and manage staff.
