Find the file hitmancontracts.ini in the game's folder. Open it with a text editor like Notepad and add this line to the END of the file:

EnableCheats 1

Now during gameplay put in one of the following cheats:

IOIER - Bomb

IOIRULEZ - Be Invincible

IOIHITLEIF - Max out health

IOIGRV - Gravity

IOILEPOW - Lethal Charge

IOINGUN - Nail Gun Unlocked

IOIPOWER - Max Force Mode

IOIHITALI - Boxing Mode

IOISLO - Slow Motion

IOIPENNY - ????
