Here are the latest shots of Half-Life 2: Aftermath illustrating just how kick-ass the raven-haired heroine Alyx will be in this expansion pack of 2004's smash hit shooter.

Aftermath takes up the events of the Half-Life saga immediately where the original game left off but this time both Alyx and Dog will play a far greater role. In the two new screenshots, we see the type of skill and daring that Alyx will use to battle monsters that weren't able to enter City 17 in the original game.
