Less than a week before the launch of GTA IV for the PC in India at the lowest price point in the world, shocking terrorist activities involving drive-by shootings in a cop car, car bombs and cop killings force local Rockstar / 2K distributor to delay the game for an unspecified number of days for fear of being "insensitive" to the tragedy.
Valve has announced that their online software distribution platform, Steam, is now offering gamers the ability to pre-purchase Grand Theft Auto IV for the PC. When pre-purchased, gamers will also receive a free copy of GTA: Vice City.
So everyone knows there's going to be a video editor for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV, but what can you do with it, and how do you do it? Rockstar has dropped details on the versatile little app that will allow just about anyone to easy create and share game clips with the Social Club TV website.

Rockstar's told VG247 that the PC version of GTA IV is launching on December 3, not December 2, as was widely reported at the end of October.
After the jump you'll find clips made by Rockstar using the in-game video editor available in the PC version. Using different camera angles, effects, text blurbs, and all sorts of different clips spliced together it's apparent the editor gives you the power to make some interesting vignettes, whether it's simply a string of explosions or something with more of a storyline.
UK mega-retailer Tesco have posted an image of the back of the PC version of GTA IV's box today. The image doesn't reveal much, partly due to its tiny size and compressed nature...

With all the attention being paid to the vaunted New Xbox Experience interface that will launch later this month for the Xbox 360, Microsoft quietly updated the Games for Windows - Live client today. The update doesn't introduce any new functionality--that is planned later on with the release of a desktop client as well as the Games for Windows - Live Marketplace. However, the update does give the GFW - Live client a whole new look that's better suited for PCs...
