Frontlines: Fuel of War developer Kaos Studios has several job listings on their website that shed light on a new project, including a position that calls for "experience with creating content for XBOX Live and/or PSN."
NaturalMotion, the animation technology company behind the Euphoria Engine, today announced that publisher THQ Inc. has licensed its Morpheme animation middleware for use on future projects, including an unannounced title by Kaos Studios. The publisher recently announced that it has also licensed NVIDIA PhysX technology, which is tightly integrated with Morpheme's character animation to produce dramatic results.

Frontlines: Fuel at War just recently gave their gamers a royal upgrade with new maps and fixes, then today the PC contingent gets a bunch more news in the form of a patch with new game modes, a free demo, a chance to win $10,000, and word of a new map pack.

Just in time for graduation, PNY Technologies, Inc. today announced that it is offering a full retail version of Frontlines: Fuel of War bonus game when customers purchase a qualifying GeForce graphics card from PNY.com, Newegg.com and TigerDirect.com.
THQ and Kaos Studios have contracted with Even Balance, Inc. to integrate their PunkBuster anti-cheat software into Frontlines: Fuel of War. This will be added in an upcoming patch and more details will be released soon.
Today, both Kaos Studios and THQ have agreed to postpone the multiplayer PC Demo. Studio development efforts are being applied to feature fixes and enhancements to support the existing community. GamersGate announced this morning that Frontlines: Fuel of War has been launched and is now available for direct digital download on GamersGate. The launch is part of the extensive PC digital distribution partnership GamersGate has signed with THQ.
Frontlines: Fuel Of War is currently completely broken on Steam. While Steam still allows you to purchase the game for $49.95US, the download does not include critical files required to launch the game. Valve has had the game on the store for the past few days, and is yet to fix the problem. A quick look at the Steam forum for the game shows how widespread it is. A user at the forums has come up with a manual fix to download the missing files and copy them in, however this still will not fix the single player. It is recommend to avoid purchasing the game from Steam until this issue is resolved.
Videogamer reports THQ has confirmed that Frontlines: Fuel of War, which is released across Europe on Friday, will support multiplayer games of up to 50 players on Xbox 360 - 64 for PC gamers. This makes it the first next-generation console title to offer such a large player count in online games.

Kaos Studios has officially confirmed that the ship date for Frontlines: Fuel of War will be February 25th, 2008 with digital distributions also being available on this date. The game is expected to hit retail shelves by February 26-29th for North America and Worldwide locations.
THQ sent over a note announcing that an official PC multiplayer demo for their upcoming first person shooter Frontlines: Fuel of War will be released on March 11. The demo will contain an all new map, "Invasion" in addition to the final version of the "Oilfield" map. The current multiplayer beta test for the game will end on Monday at 11 pm EST. The final version of the game will be released for the PC and Xbox 360 on Feb. 25.
