About a month ago we offered up 1000 closed beta keys for WAKFU, Square-Enix's colorful and gorgeously animated MMO. They went pretty quickly, so chances are many of you didn't get a chance to partake in the fun. Well, now we have an additional 1000 keys, as well as a hot new video, so if you're itching for a thoroughly non-WoW MMO experience, hop in before they're gone!

Don’t be fooled by its cute looks. WAKFU is one of the most complex and unique MMOs we’ve played this year. Set in an ethereal world full of floating islands, WAKFU looks gorgeous with silky sprite animations and vibrantly colorful environments. Fans of Final Fantasy Tactics and Disgaea will feel right at home with WAKFU’s battle system, which plays out like a tactical, turn-based JRPG.
But the best part is that we’ve got a ton of closed beta keys to giveaway. So come on in, get your key, and find out more about what’s in store for you with WAKFU while downloading the client…

The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, Ghostbusters on C64, Aladdin, Goldeneye, Riddick: the list of great movie tie-ins is barely longer than Russell Crowe’s temper. Can the year that sees Barack Obama’s inauguration, a Michael Jackson comeback, and a Star Trek movie that doesn’t suck, prove that anything is possible?

He’s now Blizzard’s vice president of creative development.
