With the recent release of Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game OnLive unveiled 3 Weeks of Fallout. From the sound of the advertisement it seems that OnLive plans to launch 3 Fallout titles over the next 3 weeks.

Bethesda Softworks is apparently displeased with the performance of their law firm in the ongoing Bethesda vs. Interplay litigation over the rights to Fallout Online and the Fallout franchise as a whole, since they decided to change their law firm FOR THE SECOND TIME now that the court has rejected their motion to dismiss Interplay's counterclaim.

Here's another episode of our continued coverage of the Bethesda vs. Interplay courtroom drama. During a motion hearing held earlier today, Bethesda's motion to dismiss Interplay's counterclaim is denied. The judge also demands additional documentation from Interplay.

Obsidian's Chris Avellone has used his blog to summarise the Fallout-related activities at this years ComicCon. There are three events scheduled in total. Two deal with the Fallout: New Vegas tie-in graphic novel - Video Game Comics: The Next Big Thing on 22 July, and a Fallout graphic novel cover litho signing session on 24 July.
