GameXtract writes "Recently Bethesda released the requirements for the PC version of Fallout 3 which is scheduled to release this October 28th. I have to admit that the requirements are pretty forgiving, and won't cost one of your limbs. Some people though are too lazy to check the requirements against their own machine or even at times they have no clue what kind of PC they own. Heck I know some people who think Hotmail, and the Internet are the same thing. One of my favorite tools to use is systemrequirmentlab's Can You RUN It? The application will ease the process of determining if your PC can run a specific game. All you got to do is select the game, and bam! It does all the work for you. Recently they have uploaded Fallout 3, and you can now see or get confirmation if you have already manually determined, to see if your computer is ready to face post apocalyptic creatures."
MTV Multiplayer writes: "Piracy remains one of the biggest issues facing PC gaming these days.
GameXtract writes "I like getting my video games cheaper. Especially when I don't have to wait for three months till everyone else doesn't give a dam about the game. It looks like ToysRus is trying to get an upper hand on pre-orders this year with Gears of War 2. The limited edition is listed on the site for $59.99 instead of the regular $69.99 found at many other retailers."

While there's clearly still tons of stuff we have yet to experience, here's our Top 10: Kick ass moments from a day with Fallout 3. Be warned: while we're forbidden from discussing the main plot, reading this list will blow a few surprises relating to side quests, and the like."

Edge writes: "im Cain has Fallout 3 pre-ordered. The designer of Interplay's 1997 RPG masterwork Fallout is looking forward to the release of Bethesda's big budget open world sequel just like the rest of us.
TVGB: "In a clever little advertising move Fallout 3, being published by Bethesda who is based in Bethesda, Maryland, just outside of DC, has taken over the Metro Center stop of the metro system. Every sign, pillar and banner is an ad for Fallout 3 that urges DC citizens to consider the benefits of vault life before, I'm assuming, the impending apocalypse. I snapped a few crappy cell phone shots you can check out after the jump, but there were plenty more of these throughout the station along with large lit signs of screenshots for the game. Now, I have to go join some homeless men and start camping out in the metro system."
Aeropause writer Joe Haygood takes a look at the best games that the PC has to offer in the month of October. Some of the stand outs include Dead Space, Fallout 3, and Far Cry 2 to name a few.

The pre-release hype machine is building Fallout 3 to almost unachievable proportions, with any possibility of more Pip-goodness being lapped up like water for a thirsty canine companion. Interplay has supplied one more ration for Fallout starved fans with the hint at a Fallout MMO currently being worked on at their new Orange County office.
This may be the only video that could replace the simple yet entrancing appeal of a model in a bikini firing a machine gun, Fallout 3 and its weapons in a glorious montage.
