We spent the entire weekend poking around the pre-release version of World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion, The Burning Crusade. We have so much to tell you, but we'll begin with our experiences playing the new members of the Alliance known as the Draenei.

We began by choosing from the incredibly hot character models - the Draenei females are all paralytically gorgeous (if you don't mind the hooves). This poor guy  is going to love them. Then, just because the class is new to the Alliance, we made our little Draenei a Shaman capable of harnessing the elemental forces of nature while still keeping a decent ability to swing a mace. Arriving dazed at a crash site, our fellow big, blue buddies caught us up on the horrible disaster that had struck our people. The Draenei, it seems, were in the process of fleeing the Outland (a land in another dimension where we Draenei had been persecuted by insane gods) when our dimensional space ship suffered a cataclysmic system failure that caused us to plummet through the fabric of space and time into the world of Azeroth. Now that we were awake and reasonably informed, it was time to help our fellow Draenei pick up the pieces of our shattered civilization.
