The Sprunk sign is classic GTA, making this one of the more faithful fakes. Look closer and you can see the mail truck is run by a company called She Mail. Nice.


We're just getting silly now - is there anyone, anywhere, who'd be fooled by this?


This is one of our favourites, as it's clearly been made by someone cunning enough to realise two things - a) a fake is so much more believeable if it's just blurry enough so you can't actually see any detail, and b) explosions are always convincing.


Some people fake action, but one forumite over at GTA-Worldmods faked GTA IV's whole map. Which, inevitably, led to knee-jerk posts from gamers dismayed that Rockstar's latest crimeathon might be set in a location smaller than the tri-city area of San Andreas. Sigh.
