Don't like paying monthly fees? There's a ton of free MMOs out there. The only problem is that most of them suck. Here's one that doesn't. Flyff: Fly for Fun is chock full of fantasy flair and a respectable class system reminiscent of Final Fantasy Tactics.

Level-up lovers and experience whores who balk at monthly fees and level caps will feel right at home on the fields of Flyff. The game uses a micro-transaction business model that tempts you to spend real money on in-game items. But most of them are purely cosmetic like fancy broomsticks and different hairstyles.

Penny pinchers who want to ride Flyff's complimentary grinding train up to its ridiculously high max level of 100 can kill to their heart's content.
