WorldBuilder offers several fixes, such as the Eyedropper for reselecting textures, and the selection tool (little black arrow) that bring up options on everything from what angle a building should be, to who owns the background scenery. The menus enable you to change the time of day, the sun, and all kinds of other stuff. Anything you see in the game, and more, can be recreated using WorldBuilder.
