The third piece of equipment is likely the most controversial unlock in the entire game - the IT-33 Active Camouflage System. Able to mimic ambient light and environmental textures with a computer-controlled fabric, you will become nearly invisible when using the IT-33.
You'll need to keep the Active Camouflage System held out like a weapon, and hold down the left mouse key to engage it. You won't be able to use any other weapon while using it, nor will you be able to climb a ladder. When cloaked, you will gain serious tactical advantage simply by being extremely hard to spot. Getting behind your opponents and quick switching to a weapon is an excellent tactic that should negate your lower firepower and reduced armor in nearly every situation.
