Besides allowing you to customize your UI this handy plug-in lets you increase the number of slots in your inventory so you’re not constantly casting Feather in order to lug around all your loot. BTmod is a must have for anyone thinking about rolling a new Oblivion character.

Elven Map Redux
This mod will make your maps much easier on the eyes with improved quest icons and a splash of color. It won’t rock your world, but Elven Map Redux is certainly preferable to bland dirt colored maps that come packed with Oblivion.
