The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
If you’re going to sink 80 plus hours into a game, you might as well do it in style. Here are a few handy mods that will greatly improve your time in the land of Tamriel. You can also head here  for more excellent Oblivion modifications.

BTmod
Besides allowing you to customize your UI this handy plug-in lets you increase the number of slots in your inventory so you’re not constantly casting Feather in order to lug around all your loot. BTmod is a must have for anyone thinking about rolling a new Oblivion character.

Elven Map Redux
This mod will make your maps much easier on the eyes with improved quest icons and a splash of color. It won’t rock your world, but Elven Map Redux is certainly preferable to bland dirt colored maps that come packed with Oblivion.
