Following its legal victory over four people accused of uploading Dream Pinball 3D last month for peer-to-peer file sharing, Topware, via its lawyers, Davenport Lyons, is now pursuing 100 people for the same offence. The case last month resulted in the four people being fined £750 and ordered to pay £2,000 in costs by at Central London County Court. The fine apparently represents the amount Topware lost as a result of the four file sharers.
