This is not a simple patch made to fix minor bugs. It is a content pack, which means that new features will be added (of course that bug fixing won't be skipped).

Blizzard has announced that the final block of tickets for BlizzCon 2009 have sold out.
BeefJack writes: "Echoes of War is now available as a two disk box set containing music from Starcraft, Warcraft III, Starcraft 2, Diablo 2, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, Wrath of The Lich King and the unreleased Starcraft: Ghost.
So far Blizzard Entertainment will not be at E3 2009, (they also skipped E3 2008) however Activision-Blizzard will present this year. Its somewhat fluffy what it means. There is still a chance for we will see some World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3 news update at E3.

Diii.net reports that there has been a misunderstanding growing among the Diablo community since Rob Pardo made a few comments on the game's progress in an interview at WWI 2008, which would imply that Blizzard have all the classes and most of the game ready to play in their office. The rumour has it that a lot of work is done on the game and that Blizzard is just keeping their great game back to spite the fans.
