Yesterday, IGN mentioned that the floor demo at this year's TGS for Devil May Cry 4 isn't particularly new by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, it's the exact same build that IGN has been playing for months at various press events. What IGN didn't know is that Capcom was showcasing a new trailer with footage that hadn't been released before of the title, which also divulges a number of secrets.
Capcom today confirmed that Devil May Cry 4 will be shown at this years Leipzig Games Convention. The game will be showcased on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but no PC version will be shown.
IGN reports that Capcom announced that a Devil May Cry 4 demo will be released for Xbox 360 sometime before the game is releasing. The demo that is shown at E3 is completely the same that was shown for the first time in April, so no real new footage of Devil May Cry 4 is expected.
During Capcom's 2007 Fiscal Year results meeting Kazuhiko Abe, Director and Managing Corporate Officer, mentioned in his keynote speech Devil May Cry 4 is projected to sell 1.8 million copies worldwide.
Devil May Cry 4 producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi has at last spoken out following Capcom's decision to make its big PS3 exclusive multiplatform. Fittingly, Famitsu's all Xbox 360 publication, Famitsu Xbox 360, was the recipient of Kobayashi's most recent comments on the game.

With Sony's Gamer Day coming up this Thursday, PSU contacted Capcom to see if they had anything special planned for the event. They confirmed that there will be a playable demo and new trailers shown at both Sony's Gamer Day and also at E3 later this year.
