Dark Void developers Airtight Games are working on an original AAA IP with a top-tier publisher, according to a job listing posted on Gamasutra.

That Gaming Site writes: Airtight Game's Dark Void is getting an exclusive GFWL re-release on the GFWL Marketplace on April 21st, 2010.

A PhysX System Installer update has been released for Capcom's action title Dark Void, now available for download. The patch brings a fix for an incompatibility issue with some accelerated PhysX configurations and features.

Dark Void marks the first time that Bear McCreary, the composer of popular Science-Fiction TV series Battlestar Galactica, has created a score for a videogame. The Dark Void Original Soundtrack will release on February 9th, 2010 to retail outlets through Sumthing Else Music Works, and will be available for digital download on Sumthing Digital www.sumthingdigital.com.

Joystiq: Though Capcom's jetpack-infused action title Dark Void may be getting universally panned by critics, one element of the game seems to be garnering praise from reviewers: Its Bear McCreary-composed soundtrack. Thanks to an announcement from music publisher Sumthing Else Music Works, we now know when said soundtrack will get its own release: February 9. Unless, of course, that's when Modern Warfare 2's soundtrack gets released, in which case they'll probably push it back a little bit. Personally, we can't wait to pick up the album, which will be shipped to retailers and available for purchase on Sumthing Else's site. Soon, we'll be able to sit back, close our eyes and listen to McCreary's orchestral jams without worrying about jetpacking into a cliff face.

Capcom has released an update for Dark Void which allows GeForce users to play with enhanced PhysX features, a performance benchmark has been released as well and both are readily available for download.
