Dec 7, 2007 The boss of the now-defunct FASA Studio has established a new development house and has gotten the rights to a number of IPs back from Microsoft. Jordan Weisman's new studio, Smith & Tinker, has the rights to Crimson Skies, Shadowrun and MechWarrior. According to the studio's official website, it also has the rights to additional properties from the FASA back catalogue.
