Christian++ has announced the release of its Counter-Strike: Condition Source mod, now available for download. The mod allows players to play CS 1.6 and CSCZ with source graphics.

Gaming frustration has claimed another life, in Novosibirsk, Russia. An innocent two-player Counter-Strike game turned ugly when Alexei, aged 17, was brutally murdered by Alexander, his 14-year-old opponent. Buddhist monks. Counter-Strike. Not exactly two things you expect to have anything in common. But, while researching a story that has absolutely nothing to do with either, MTV Multiplayer discovered some monks in China that are big fans of Valve's shooter. Valve will release an updated version of next week via their online content provider Steam. Condition Zero 1.2 will feature two new player models, new maps and high-definition hostage models that come replete with new AI.The hostages will now show fear and try to escape if you appear to be neglecting their situation and will also give the player clues about what they know if you engage them in conversation.
