Relic has released an update for its popular action strategy game Company of Heroes, now available for download and on Steam.

A giant update has been released for Relic's RTS titles Company of Hereoes and Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts. Many changes to gameplay, online play and even specific factions have been implemented, along with a ton of fixes for the games.
This mod from the Europe In Ruins Development Team sees you creating and commanding your very own battalion in which you can customize with any units and upgrades you wish. Features a new game mode, 34 maps, a new launcher and more.
This mod by AB2531 features a range of minor changes to gameplay including: dead corpses stay, artillery range increased, pop cap increased, new units, each side has one hero unit.

A demo of the stand-alone Company of Heroes expansion pack Opposing Fronts is now available. The 1.92 GB download includes tutorials and the first two missions from Operation Market Garden.
Play.tm speculated over a week ago now that THQ and Relic were plotting a follow-up to the genre-refreshing WWII real-time strategy title Company of Heroes, and now the publisher has revealed that this is most assuredly the case. Hurrah!
