CoD4: Modern Warfare v1.7 Mac Patch (Retail)
Aspyr Media has issued a new patch for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, updating the Mac version to v1.7. This patch includes new maps (Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast, and Killhouse), hardcore and oldschool server browser filters, as well as several gameplay tweaks.

This patch makes the Linux server compatible with 1.7 clients. This patch can be used to create a new server (if you supply the retail data files) or patch an existing server to 1.7. Please read the included readme file for important notes.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Direct2Drive Patch v1.6 to v1.7
This is the new Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare patch for the Direct2Drive version of the game that will bring your game from 1.6 to 1.7 and fixes a number of bugs and exploits. There are some small tweaks in this one, including: - Fixed an exploit that allowed players to access certain console dvars during multi-player matches. - Fixed a crash that could occur when a Chinatown Sabotage match would go into over-time. - Fixed a bug where the MP icons (Bomb, Defend, Capture, etc) were always showing up as English regardless of the install language.
