A new patch for the PC version of Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is out.

The v1.3 patch optimises sniper rifle accuracy, fixes text chat between multiplayer rounds, enables anti-lag and improves the pure client test. Obviously the patch includes fixes released in previous updates.

You can download the patch here. It's just under 14MB.

Call of Duty 4 is easily one of the best first-person shooters to release this year, and you can read a review of the PC version by hitting this link in the head.
