In a trailer released yesterday for Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box, Criterion has hinted that police will be returning to Burnout in a future DLC pack.
GamersDigest received some more information from EA about Criterion's upcoming Burnout Paradise 'Ultimate Box'.
AutoGaming writes: "Criterion has given us some details as to what is included in the FREE Pack which is coming on the 6th of February. Also coming on the 6th is the premium release of the Party Pack."
"We'll bring you full details over the coming days, but this overhaul to the game includes the introduction of our all-new in-game website and awesome in-game store. We've also worked on changes to game modes, visuals, the entire vehicle dynamics system. Oh, and we've added a 'restart' !"
Criterion plans to release Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box on Xbox 360, PS3 and - for the first time - PC from 6th February.
EA is offering eager PC gamers the chance to get their hands on Burnout Paradise three days earlier than release date in their exclusive "head-start" promotion.

Operation Burnout has discovered the map of the Burnout Paradise island on the screen of a computer in the background of a Crash TV podcast. The map isn't big or detailed, in fact it's pretty blurry and small, but you can still get an overview of the size of the place.
Burnout Paradise for the PC was announced a while ago but has taken a backseat to the updates which brings bikes and a new island into the game. Now a release date is set.
Well the 3rd update in the Burnout: Paradise series is here. The Cagney update has already been unveiled for PS3 fans in Japan (9th July) and is now available to the rest of us in Europe, Asia and the United States. The update features totally revamped modes and add-ons including "3 new online game modes, special calendar events, new cars, 70 multi-part, timed Freeburn Challenges and a wealth of improvements to the existing game".
