Let Altier show you how mincemeat is made

Oct 16, 2007

Montferrat - in the Piedmont region of Italy - produces some of the world's finest wine, and contains the 16th century Sacro Monte di Crea, a UNESCO World Heritage site. But forget all that nonsense: in Ubisoft's upcoming Assassin's Creed, Montferrat is just an ugly dude with half a bowl cut and a goofy accent who gets got real good by antihero Altier. In this new two-part video, follow Altier as he identifies his mark, leaps from roof to roof like a really angry Aladdin, sticks Montferrat with something sharp and presumably lethal, produces half of the total body count of the Crusades, and finally gets out of Dodge about as fast as someone wearing a hooded bathrobe could be expected to.

After watching the videos, don't forget to check out our extensive hands-on with the game, as well as brand new and purdy Assassin's Creed screens.
