When we hopped over to Eden Games' offices in Lyon to get all the goss on the new Alone in the Dark, the game that could potentially steal Resident Evil 4's crown, we were told that the aim was to produce the first fully interactive game world. We were told that any on-screen object could be picked up and used in a manner that you would realistically use it. Well, now we've got a some screenshots which reveal that plan is coming into shape.

The new Alone in the Dark game likes to keep to itself but Microsoft's X06 event has brought out three more images of the game's interesting take on survival-horror. Click the images tab above for the latest death-defying views.

Finding its cinematic influences in action flicks rather than horrors, expect explosions, rapidly spreading fiery infernos, car chases and daring escapes as well as hideous creatures lurking in the shadows. Similarly, developer Eden has been ...
Atari has unleashed a number of new screens and facts about the latest sequel in its seasoned survival-horror series Alone in the Dark. Despite being announced last year, the Xbox 360 and PC adventure had previously kept us all in the dark about its details, but no more.

If you can tear your eyes away from the rather lovely - if scary - visuals situated on the images tab above, you'll discover that developer Eden Games has announced that the whole game will be broken up into ...
