The Patch is currently in submission with Sony America and we expect to release it very soon. As the Xbox and Sony Europe updates were available sooner than expected we made the decision to get the Patch out to the public rather than sit on them. Answering a question at a UFC 100 fan event, one of the owners of the MMA league spoke about the sales success of UFC Undisputed: 2009, putting the unit sales at a cool three million.
UFC 2009 is an incredible game but all great games aren't perfect. There were issues with the online when UFC launched and some auto save problems with the PS3 version of the game. THQ understands that these problems needed to be attended too and the upcoming patch will answer the call.
