The ESRB has rated the rare Enix RPG for a Virtual Console release, along with another, more widely known SNES gem: Super Punch-Out!!. Is Nintendo planning to release the classic pugilist title alongside its modern Wii equivalent, as it did in the case of Super Metroid and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption? Perhaps!

PS3 - Pure - Pure 2 Was in Development, Now Canceled? Blackrock Studios' 2008 racing game Pure found tremendous critical success. So much so, that it appears that there were plans, at least initially, for a sequel. However, according to a blog post by a former Blackrock Studios employee, Pure 2 was canceled by Disney some time in 2009.

Just wanted to drop a quick note and let everyone know that trophies will be available for PURE on PLAYSTATION 3 this Wednesday, May 6. Whether you're a hardcore PURE player or you're just getting started, there are trophies you will be able to earn when you throw down on PURE as you nail the sick tricks and huge aerial jumps in Black Rock's action sports game.
