Codemasters just sent out a press release in which the publisher announces its Games Convention 2007 line-up. The Games Convention line-up from Codemasters consisted of playable versions from Turning Point: Fall of Libery, Clive Barkers: Jericho on Xbox 360 and Colin Mcrae: DiRT on Playstation 3.
"We are not porting Overlord to PS3," a Codemasters spokesperson told Eurogamer in response to the rumor sprung from a job posting on developer Triumph Studios' website.
Overlord for Xbox 360 takes the top spot of the Gamefly Top Ten 'Most Queued' list. Mario Striker's Charged is at the top of the Nintendo Wii list, while PlayStation 3 gamers can't wait to get Lair in their mailbox.
For those that have been awaiting the release of Overlord, Xbox360Achievements.org has once again dug up 44 achievements that give a slightly better glimpse into Overlord's gameplay.
The Overlord PC demo is now available, and if you missed the news last week, there's a demo also available for the 360 version on Live.
Ben Kuchera of ArsTechnica writes:
Overlord is an original next-generation title from Age of Wonders developer Triumph Studios. A 890mb demo is now available on Xbox Live, while a 1.2Gb PC demo is expected next week.
Codemasters has said that both Xbox 360 and PC versions of Overlord will be out in the US on 26th June - the expectation being that the European version will follow a few days later on 29th June, although Codemasters hasn't confirmed that just yet.
