Four new multiplayer maps are headed to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 editions of IO Interactive's buddy-buddy shooter Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, publisher Eidos has informed Shacknews.
Xbox 360 Achievements reports that Kane & Lynch: Dead Men has been upgraded to 1250 gamerscore with 5 new achievements, all of which are secret. As is the case with most new achievements, this most likely points to some upcoming DLC, though no official announcement has been made by Eidos.
Buried in its restructuring statement was this bit of data from SCi/Eidos: Kane and Lynch sold 1.4 million units.
Videogamer writes: The Official PlayStation Magazine, is reporting that Kane & Lynch 2 is in development.
Eidos Interactive has released a playable demo of Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, allowing you to try out the latest game from IO Interactive, the creators of the Hitman series. The demo features the Retomoto Tower mission, also playable in co-op. The 594 MB long demo can be downloaded from the mirrors listed below at the Alternative Sources.

A Kane and Lynch: Dead Men demo is now available to download from the XBOX Live Marketplace. The same demo was available to download on the PlayStation 3 from the PlayStation Network earlier this month.
The editor's note at the bottom of Jeff Gerstmann's controversial review of Kane & Lynch: Dead Men notes that "this review has been updated to include differences between the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions and a clarification on the game's multiplayer mode." While this is true, a comparison between the original and edited versions of the review shows that the edits went significantly further than that.
Kotaku reports that the official Kane & Lynch: Dead Men website has removed a series of fake five-stars reviews and ratings.
