Developed by Darkworks (Cold Fear and Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare), I Am Alive follows the life of Adam Collins, a man who finds himself stuck in the middle of a major catastrophe, fighting for survival against mother nature.
Back when 1up first got word of I Am Alive, a new disaster game from Ubisoft, the popular gossip was that the title would feature Jade Raymond (of Assassin's Creed fame) as producer. Since then, Ubisoft hasn't provided much info aside from the debut trailer above, but 1up finally got new details courtesy of the cover story from the latest issue of GamesTM. And as it turns out, Raymond isn't as involved with the title as the rumor mill led us to believe.

DarkWorks founder Guillaume Gouraud has told VG247 that I Am Alive - the Ubisoft survival horror rumoured and then debunked as Jade Raymond's new game - is set to renew the genre with realism.
VG247 has been reliably informed this morning that Assassin Creed producer Jade Raymond's next project - first-person survival game I Am Alive - will make its first proper appearance at Game Convention in Leipzig next month.

In the recently released trailer for Ubisoft's I Am Alive, a strange clue pops up in the background.
Ubisoft has officially announced I Am Alive, a new adventure that forces players to "think, react and take risks that will directly affect themselves and those around them" as they navigate a Chicago "left in ruins."
The I Spy observation/educational franchise started out in old fashioned wood pulp (book) form, in which kids have to solve riddles and discover items in the illustrations.
