360 - Fable II - Fable 3: It would be "pretty poor" if See the Future didn't have "some connection," says Molyneux Lionhead boss Peter Molyneux has told VG247 that it would be "pretty poor" if upcoming Fable II DLC See the Future didn't relate to the next Fable game.

"Well, while it's not easy for me to absolutely confirm that, it would be pretty poor to say 'See the Future' if it didn't have some connection, wouldn't it? It would be kind of, 'See the Present,'" he said when asked specifically if the content had anything to do with the next Fable title."

"I think I was wrong about that Godfather line… I think we can surpass where the Godfather is," he told VG247, speaking at GDC.

The ELANs take place on April 25th in Vancouver, boasting several awards across a variety of categories. Left 4 Dead and Fallout 3 are the front runners receiving seven nominations each, with several nods going to Gears of War 2 and Fable II as well.

'Don't think about Fable 2 as an RPG franchise-think about it as the world of Albion…There's a niche for Fable as there's humor in there and there's a Britishness and I think we'll keep that side of it. But whether it's more action or PRG or MMO or some new genre-that's what we have to do.'"

Brian Fleming, president of Sucker Punch, the studio behind June's dark super-hero game "Infamous," didn't believe it.

He'd heard this from Peter Molyneux, the outspoken head of Lionhead Studios, who said that players of the Xbox series "Fable," tended to steer their characters toward the side of angels. Technically, they could have made their characters evil and gained just as many benefits. But Molyneux said players ultimately preferred to complete their adventure as a good person.

360 - Fable II - 'Fable 2' Developers Tested Microphone-Control For Game's Dog Gamers who played last fall's Xbox 360 hit "Fable II" were supposed to feel an emotional connection to the virtual canine that faithfully followed their hero throughout the game.

The dog was mostly self-sufficient - following, leading and fighting on its own - though it did do tricks with the press of a button.

What if players could talk to that dog?
